pleasant walking tour through the dunes with a view of the beach
(in the north of the island) and on the way back view of the Wadden Sea and the harbor

An interesting tour in the west of the island with some highlights:
- a campsite in the middle of the dunes
- the "Wattkieker"
- the historical dune protection "Hessenwand"
- the quaint restaurant "Old Laremie"
- the museum horse train
- Sandy beach as far as the eye can see
- the "Utkieker"

very nice round from Dülmen around the reservoirs at Haltern and Hullern
highly recommended:
Beer garden "Alter Garten", beautifully situated under old trees with a view of the Stever, friendly service, good food
This tour requires a bit of stamina, but you will be rewarded with great views:
- Beach and dunes in the north
- Wangerooge with lighthouse and west tower
- Bird paradise in the east of the island
- Ostplate with a diverse flora
Tip:
Bring something to eat and drink, have a long picnic on the easternmost part…
