Very nice tour on the dam of the Thur and its canal. Also suitable in hot weather, as you can always dodge into the shade on a parallel path. Several bathing possibilities in the Thur. Always beautiful views. The last few meters on the way there are a trail through the wilderness for mountain bikers…

Very nice tour in nature. Mainly on forest paths. In between, wonderful views of the Hegau, the island of Reichenau, across the lake to Switzerland. It is worth stopping at Hof Höfen. But first inform about opening times. Has a nice and large beer garden. Good and large portions with friendly staff.
