Eberbach Monastery is always worth a visit. Further over the Steinberg to my husband's godparent vine. View from the 'Black Hut' towards Vollrads Castle ... through beautiful vineyards ... a heavenly peace. Back along the Rhine via Geisenheim. Lunch break in the Rheinschänke, highly recommended.
