A very long tour. Very worthwhile. Many exciting tours, such as B. The ferry ride where you have to hit a gong so the ferryman can hear it on the other side. With luggage, however, it is very neat. I felt moved the whole world.
You can also enjoy the beautiful views that are there along the way.

Last day of the bikepacking tour: We went back to Frankfurt. With a little delay the ferry went to Asel-Süd. There you start the tour with nice short climbs and descents. We have chosen the racing bike route for the way home.
It was a nice change from the way there.
We can definitely recommend 3 days at…

Nice ride ... However, every now and then there is a piece of gravel road and not suitable for racing bikes. At the Edersee there are many beautiful spots that invite you to linger. You should definitely use that 😉

Day 2 of the bikepacking tour: Today we cycled a little round on the Edersee. The Mun restaurant right on the harbor in Scheid is highly recommended. Finally a pikeperch fillet was eaten again. 10 out of 10 stars. ✨
The ferry times must be observed in any case in the off-season. Otherwise you can relax in the sun for 3 hours. 😎
