Quindi oggi ho scelto il tempo giusto, ma se restavi sempre a casa quando pioveva, non uscivi affatto. Domani avrò sicuramente dolori muscolari ad entrambe le braccia per aver tenuto l'ombrello contro il vento e spinto contemporaneamente il passeggino 🙈

Giro molto bello sul Reno. Al chilometro 2,6, secondo Komoot, dovrebbe esserci un sentiero largo, ma poi mi sono fermato davanti a una recinzione e non sono riuscito ad andare oltre. Ma per come appariva lì, non c'è più molta strada da fare.

In the bad weather I ran another lap on the Rhine today. To be honest, I've never been to the Heerdter side, I didn't even know that there was also a Rhine bank tunnel 🙈😂. A very nice round. Well, the port of Neuss is not so beautiful now, but it cannot be avoided.

Today there was another small evening round. This time I even took a change of clothes, because last week it was too cold for me in jeans 🙈😂

I could still catch a few rays of sunshine. There were also 2 deer to be seen, but unfortunately too far away to take pictures.
