Tour in MTB (questa volta con bio-power ;-) fino al traghetto della vittoria e sui sentieri del 'Lower Sieg'.

Torna attraverso le penisole Mondorf e Groov.

Tour in bicicletta con il traghetto Lülsdorf-Wesseling, il castello di Brühl Augustusburg, circumnavigando il Berggeistweiher, Phantasialand e ritorno con il traghetto Wesseling-Lülsdorf. Tour in bicicletta alla Dhünntalsperre via Refrath, Bergisch Gladbach, Vosswinkel, Scheuren, Eichholz, diga e ritorno via Odenthal e varie parti di Colonia.

Da Eichholz alla diga e da lì al Dhünn si percorrono sentieri belli e talvolta un po' difficili.

Tour in bicicletta attraverso Königswinter e il sentiero Kellerberg fino al monastero di Heisterbach.

Sulla strada sul Reno ci sono attualmente molti cantieri e deviazioni, anche per pedoni e ciclisti.

Il sentiero da Königswinter in direzione di Kellerberg/Kloster Heisterbach è a tratti molto ripido.

Escursione in bicicletta fino alla quota più alta a 212 m nel Königsforst: il Tütberg. Andata via Leidenhausen, Rösrather Str., attraverso il Königsforst fino alle spalle di Forsbach. Ritorno via Rösrath, Altenrath e Wahner Heide.

Tour in bicicletta al punto panoramico Skywalk Rabeney a Ennert. Ottima vista su Bonn e sul Reno e molte informazioni storiche. Tuttavia, le e-bike sono consigliate a causa della ripida salita (e ripida discesa :-) Chi preferisce l'escursione può anche utilizzare un percorso ad anello.

Bike tour from Troisdorf along the Sieg via Siegburg, Hennef, there over the pedestrian / bicycle bridge to Allner Castle, via Auel, past Blankenberg Castle to Merten station and back in parts through the Dreitälerweg.



Tour through the Wahner Heide, over the Eisenweg to Lohmar, over the Höngesberger Bridge (Agger), Scheiderhöhe (highest point with a great view) and finally along the matchigen Sülzufer to Rösrath and Troisdorf.

Once again it was great cycling weather!



There are still corners in the Wahner Heide where I haven't been. So this time to Pioneer Basin III, on through the Wahner Heide to the Geisterbusch and the tank washing facility, then via Altenrath back to Troisdorf.



From the mouse path into the Wahner Heide to the bunker ruin and back. Then via Altenrath parallel to the old Cologne through the heath and back over Wahnheide.



Bike tour to the Skywalk Rabenlay in Bonn-Niederkassel. This is opposite the Rheinaue on the other side of the Rhine. Very steep long climb, but then you will be rewarded with the great view.

Via Eschmarer Mühle to the 'Unteren Sieg'. Nice trail between the Sieg ferry and the Mondorf ferry. Back via Groov Zündorf.

A MTB tour around the Laacher See.

Start was on the parking lot in Maria Laach on the L113. This is very close to the Laacher Lake and the starting there Rundweg. From there always follow the symbol 'Route L'. On the eastern shore, one can observe the CO2 gushing out of the manganese chambers of the crust in some places.

MTB tour to the Boxhohn oak (also 1000-year-old oak) in the Wahner heath between Altenrath and Rösrath. Unfortunately it has not survived meanwhile despite stabilization measures with concrete. Whether she's really that old, you do not know exactly.

MTB tour via mouse path Troisdorf, Forsthaus Telegraph & Heidekönig, Telegraphenberg with great views over the Wahner Heide, via Stellweg, Altenrather Str. To the Fly Mountain with very sandy trails. Then we went back via Wissem Castle.

MTB tour from Zierenberg over the village Dörnberg to the hunter's path on the Dörnberg and through the viaduct back to Zierenberg.

Start of the tour was in Zierenberg, past the waiting for Falkenberg. There, the first MTB trail started downhill again.

Very varied and challenging trail, with some sections were only overcome with wearing the MTB. But for a great landscape and aurochs and bison.

Start is in Troisdorf above the forest cemetery and end on the Altenrather Str. To the Leyenweiher the route is still comfortable and from then it is a bit bumpy with narrow trails, many roots and sandy soil you can find anywhere in the Wahner Heath.
