Today a group hike with "Hiking in the Euregio"

We start at 10 a.m. in Gulpen, with 9 people. It is real summer weather, warm and sunny with only a few clouds.

The heather is in full bloom everywhere, and this year it is beautiful, full and colorful.

We admired this on the Brunssummerheide (NL) on this group hike with "Hiking in the Euregio".

Bad weather was predicted, but the weather gods were good to us. It remained dry except for a single isolated drop. And… leggi altro

It was a rainy day today, and then there are fewer hikers who want to brave the weather.

But the group "Hiking in the Euregio" just goes every Sunday, regardless of the weather, and today we were with 6 people for this beautiful round.

"Hiking in the Euregio" took another nice walk from Gulpen today. We set off with 9 people under a clear blue sky. What a beautiful late summer day!

Today "Hiking in the Euregio" made a nice group hike from Nideggen. We gratefully used the tour that Maria & Reinhard did on September 7th. (with a small change due to a landslide at km 10.)

The group was small as several regular participants had a short vacation this weekend.

Today was rainy day, but "Hiking in the Euregio" continues regardless of the weather.

Today the hiking enthusiasts from "Hiking in the Euregio" did a nice group hike from Bemelen (NL) in the wonderful sunny weather. The great route that Flere had planned for us led past many old marl and gravel pits and through the beautiful Savelsbos with a panoramic view of Maastricht and Maastal. We… leggi altro

With "Hiking in the Euregio" we made a beautiful, sunny group hike in the area between Schmidt and Woffelsbach today. We start at the Eschauel car park with 10 people. We have never been to this side of Schmidt, and it was a surprise with beautiful views over the Rursee, a long ascent, a nice picnic… leggi altro

Today we did a nice group hike from Nijswiller. We were 10 people and 3 dogs.

Normally we do this hike-with-dogs on Saturday, but since the weekly tour of "Hiking in the Euregio" was canceled this week, this time we did the hike on Sunday.

The enthusiastic hikers from "Hiking in the Euregio" were not bothered by the bad weather reports and made their way to the Dreiborn Plateau with 7 women and 2 men. The weather was pretty good. A bit of drizzle and a lot of wind for the first few kilometers, but it was mostly dry and in the end there… leggi altro

Today we went on a nice group hike through the autumn forest and meadows of Vaals in excellent hiking weather. It was dry and even the sun came through for a while.

We were 11 people and Chester, our group dog. Due to yesterday's rain it was very muddy in many places, so it was slippery here and there… leggi altro

Today we went for a nice walk with our Saturday group from Gulpen. We were 9 people and 1 dog (Tommy). We hiked from Gulpen over grassy paths and a piece of forest to Wijlre. Today we did a wonderful group hike from the Dreistegen car park near Monschau.

We were 8 people and on the way Lee joined us with the group dog Chester, with homemade treats for everyone.

The first hour was dry but the rest of the hike was a constant drizzle. However, the landscape was so beautiful that… leggi altro

It was a rainy day for our group hike today. We were 5 people and on the way Lee joined us along with the group dog Chester. We took a nice walk through the Preusswald and Aachener Wald, where it was mostly dry. Only in the last part did it really start to rain. Therefore we shortened the tour by 1 km… leggi altro

Today, in cloudy and slightly foggy weather, we made a nice group hike through the Geuldal from Mechelen.

We were 9 people and 3 dogs. It was very muddy on the track. I took a wrong turn at one point and then we had to find the right way through mud and barbed wire. (that was a minus point for Rimo, better… leggi altro

A lot of people have other social activities this December month, so we were only with a small group today. 5 people.
