Siamo partiti nel tardo pomeriggio e prima abbiamo seguito il nostro naso, ma il sole non ci ha detto addio fino alle 21:00. Dopo Siegburg ho deciso di fare un giro alle rovine del castello di Blankenberg. Dal momento che non mi piace fare lo stesso percorso di ritorno, sono tornato indietro passando per Merten e Buisdorf.

The start was at Burg Wissem. Then behind it through the wildlife park, Leyenweiher, through the sand on the Fly Mountain and the Hermitage on the Ravensberg.

Bike tour from Troisdorf via Siegburg-Brückberg, Kaldauen, Seligenthal. Back via the city of Blankenberg, Süchterscheid, Merten station, Auel and Menden.



Bike tour via Königsforst, water treading area, Forsbacher mill, Forsbach, Bensberg to Bensberg Castle.





Bike tour in wonderful weather over Wahner Heide, Altenrath, Rösrath, Eulenbroich Castle in Rösrath, Forsbach and back to Troisdorf.



This bike tour lasted over 6 hours and went along the Sieg via Siegburg, Hennef, Merten, Eitdorf, Herchen to Altwindeck and Burg Windeck.

Tour to Bensberg Castle via Wahner Heide, Altenrath, Rösrath, Forsbach, Bensberg and Refrath.

Bike tour to Blankenberg Castle via Siegburg, Hennef, Merten, Süchterscheid and back via Hennef, Kaldauen and Siegburg

In order to retract or brace the new trekking bike (Haibike Sduro Trekking 5.0 2020) I made a round trip from Spich via Altenrath, Lohmar, Sülztal, Rösrath - Eulenbroich Castle, Bensberg Castle, Brück, exclusively on paved bike paths. Was a good choice for longer tours 👍🚴🏼♂️

Bike tour with Josef & Klaus from Spich to Liblarer See via ferry Lülsdorf - Wesseling, Jagdschloss Falkenlust Brühl, Schloss Augustusburg Brühl, coffee break in the tavern at the castle, Liblarer See and back via ferry Wesseling - Lülsdorf.

Today great weather for cycling. The tour went through Sieglar, Bonn-Beuel, Königswinter and then climb Drachenfels, past the Nibelungenhalle with terrarium to the castle Drachenburg. Here it is of course very steep in contrast to the previous flat track along the banks of the Rhine.

Cycle tour from Troisdorf to the castle ruins in Altwindeck on the Siegtal cycle path via Siegburg, Hennef, Eitdorf, Menden, Herchen and Windeck.

Highlights was the three-way trail behind Merten and the view from the castle ruins after a steep driveway.



The varied tour went through a lot of nature and attractions along the Sieg Siegburg, Hennef, Merten with Merten Castle and Blankenberg city to Blankenberg castle ruins.

On this day the annual cycling race 'Around Cologne' took place.

The tour went to Groov Zündorf, crossing by ferry, bike path on the banks of the Rhine to Wesseling and then to castle Augustusburg in Brühl.

I only recorded the outward journey. The return trip then went over the Rodenkirchen bridge.

Tour from Troisdorf on the Rösrather Str. Königsforst to Eulenbroich Castle in Rösrath. The way back went via Lohmar and along the Agger back to Troisdorf.
