Das Leben soll Freude machen und abwechslungsreich sein, es gibt so Vieles zu entdecken…! Daher bin ich so gerne draußen unterwegs, denn mal ehrlich - im Alltag sitzen wir doch meist viel zu lange in geschlossenen Räumen und haben kaum Zeit, durchzuatmen.
Ich liebe die herrlich erfrischende Waldluft, den Weitblick und die Freiheit in den Bergen, die entspannende Atmosphäre am Wasser oder die salzige Luft am Meer. Fühle den Wind und die Sonne auf der Haut, genieße diese unglaubliche Stille und höre dabei oft nichts außer meinen eigenen Herzschlag, staune wie ein kleines Kind über die Schönheit der Natur… das sind einfach Zaubermomente!
Da fühle ich mich dann lebendig und geborgen, genieße das Hier und Jetzt, kann Kraft und Energie tanken, mal wieder so richtig tief durchatmen und vor allem bei mir selbst ankommen. Daher zieht es mich auch immer wieder raus, auf Entdeckungstour…
