Dies ist der Komoot-Account des München RoadRunners Club e.V. (MRRC). Der Verein wurde 1985 gegründet und verfügt derzeit über ca. 800 Mitglieder aller Altersstufen, die sich vor allem dem Laufsport und/oder dem Triathlon widmen. Das Motto "Laufen macht Spaß, Laufen mit Freunden macht mehr Spaß" steht bei uns im Vordergrund. Hier teilen wir unsere schönsten Lauf- und Radstrecken in und um München.

In the middle of Munich you manage to run 80% of the route on this compact trail circuit on diverse, technically interesting and mostly quite quiet paths. At the west end of the park, a few more steep climbs await us (don't miss the slides here!) And, depending on the season, the diverse landscaping of the beautiful west park.
