Thanks Manfred and Birgit, the rain wasn't much, but because of the photos I always had the screen to protect my cellphone and camera. Otherwise it would have been possible without it.
Oh yes, VereNala & Ricky, the Stinstedter See is very close here and the cranes also come there to spend the night. They are often seen in the nearby corn fields. They are also sometimes in the fields to see my home. But not as many as at the Kranichschanze 😉
