Absolutely. A beautiful spot in local climes, a little away from the Großer Treppelsee, which is of course well attended on weekends when the weather is good.

@Sabine Yes that was a really great tour. Quasi in the middle of the wilderness away from the Schlaubetal hiking trail. The short detour to the quiet Treppelsee was another highlight. 🙋

Yes, this is my favorite lake in the Schlaubetal. However, I recently wondered how many trees on the bank are sick.

I did not notice at all. 🤔 Just that some trees were standing in the water on the bank.

I'll check again soon. Yes, the Silent Treppelsee currently has a lot of water, maybe some of the trees do not tolerate the footbath.

It probably will. My feet would also rot if I stood in the water all the time. 😁
