Today a little gray on the Kandelsattel - but almost no traffic when cranking up.
From Monday, September 13th Kandelstraße from Waldkirch is completely closed until the end of October, as the next section of the route is due to be renovated. So if you want to ride the 900 meters of altitude this year…
Super. I finally have a good excuse that this year I didn't make it up via Waldkirch again
Does not apply to Werner😅 October 22nd is golden October, and when we, who are disturbed by candelabras, have to pull you up😂😂😂
I am in Zell am See right now. There would be plenty of steep farm roads around 10% to train. But hiking in the mountains is much nicer here
I'm on vacation next week and hopping bike-packing from Göschenen to Bormio and then to Landquart. Hopefully there will be a few mountains in there Zell am See will then be a bit more eastern So, have fun hiking!
@ Werner-K and JOCHEN EHLERT: Then continue and have a nice holiday from tomorrow - the Alps are fantastic on every corner - and yet a "little" bit higher and more spectacular than the Black Forest - as beautiful as it is.
