Very nice pictures and tour made

Some time ago we were also at the chapel and met the lead renovator K.H. Fink. Not far from the chapel, he also erected a beautiful basalt cross with a forecourt and bench with a view of Pillig to commemorate the victims of the corona pandemic. The location is marked as a highlight in Komoot.

Hello Eifeline, I actually had the basalt cross in my lap. But to my shame I have to admit that I didn't have the time (on Sunday ... 🙄). But I will definitely come there again to examine the finished result of the Allebrauns Chapel. 😊 And then I also visit the Corona basalt cross.

Hello Sabine - I don't know exactly - in any case you wanted to repair the leftovers. When we were there, Stefan Pauly from Wochenspiegel was there and talked to K.H. Fink about the restoration. I am sure that another Wochenspiegel article will follow or I have already missed it ... 🙂
