Today we had a longer run again😅

The weather was not so ideal or I was wrongly dressed. I started when it was raining and when the sun came out it was way too warm with the jacket🥵

The section of the path on the main street in Sankt Augustin was not so nice because you cross some traffic lights. But… leggi altro

Nice tour, Ivan! I also know the problem with the right clothing on the go too well ... I generally feel too warm quickly, so I often leave jackets at home or in the car! That takes its toll when it suddenly becomes very cloudy or windy! Then there are goosebumps! 😬🙋🏼‍♀️

The paths on the Sieg and Agger are highly recommended for a lap, as I am often on the road. Very brave today 🌧⛈ to run such a long lap ... respect 👍

@Thomas I've already seen with you that you often go for a run at victory. I also like to run at the Sieg, but mostly on longer distances, because I need at least 5 km from me to the victory😅
