Heilbad Heiligenstadt is always worth a recommendation. 👍 Was there in 2019 to visit my husband at the REHA. And only recorded a small tour over the Iberg, as a Komoot beginner, so to speak.

The Eichsfeld was a Catholic island region in the GDR. There were even one or two more (Catholic) holidays there that didn't exist anywhere else in the GDR.

You did a nice tour there and brought back many interesting photos.

Thank you Heiner, Corpus Christi is currently a public holiday in Eichsfeld and some of the surrounding communities.

Hello Christian, I think that's exaggerated. But just don't know how these nominations come about. Among the tours, I also know some summiteers, gorge tours and the Goethe hiking trail and would rate these 3 all as much more interesting.
