Hey! This is my suggestion for the tour on 30.07.
You can also slim it down a bit, but with enough time in your luggage, the slight increase in the distance is acceptable. Afterwards, it would be great to stop at the brewery Rheinbach (see brauhaus-rheinbach.de/Speisekarte.aspx).

Rheinbach is also easily accessible from Bonn and Cologne by train, if I think of Christoph, Kirsten, Freddy and Tristan.
