The Race Across America is the toughest event in amateur sport - and the drivers pay money for it, too. They fight against the clock and against their own bodies over a distance of around 5,000 kilometers. This makes RAAM one of the most expensive amateur sporting events in the world.
I wouldn't even dream of paying for a race. For the 5000 km I would need 60 days including rest days.🤣🚴♂️👍
