First we went along the banks of the Schaalsee, past the old boathouses, the bird-watching tower 🦆🦩 and the former monastery at Kirchensee…

Zarrentin and the Schaalsee are great areas for hikes and walks.
We go there a couple of times a year.
The longer journey😪 is acceptable.
