Today we experienced the full range of Ireland's weather.

We started with sun and a great view, then came the wind (strength 8-9) and then the fog.

When we were down again the sun shone again.

The Slieve League was my dream destination 40 years ago. Back then, little developed for tourism and difficult to reach. Unfortunately, due to fog and storm, we did not get to the highest point and unfortunately had to turn back. Great photos from a great location.

Hello BlackForester, a lot has changed in the last few years. We had nice weather at the beginning, but suddenly it tilted, fog and wind came up and we made it to the ascent, there we still had a few meters to see. But it was nice anyway.
