The loop path Schambachtal 24 was our destination for today.

A long but very nice tour awaits us.



S24 is rightly one of the most beautiful loop trails in the Altmühltal.



Note: At km 5.3, follow the S 24 straight ahead. (we wanted to shorten it ... not a good idea!)

It was definitely exhausting - I know the area well.

The following refreshments are recommended for hikers:

Rotenburg beer garden (falconry),

Riedenburg in Fuchsharten,

Witches Digger Gasthof Schmidt.



On Friday you cycle via Nottingham to the Birkenheide. This time I will also walk around the small lake.

Hello Jürgen K., after the loop 24 is an extremely nice loop and we had a good snack with us 😃, the time passed in flight.

In Hexenagger, however, we had bought a cold drink from Schmidt. (Opening times are not continuous on Tuesday).
