So how was the beach walking? The nice thing about the beach is that if you want to take a break, you just have to let yourself go, but don't forget to throw off your backpack if you fall and not choose the distance to the water's edge too small. ;-)

Today was - exhausting🤪 - so as always. Running on the beach, with a backpack (= weight !!!) and without shoes really needs to be learned. But we arrived safely in Rowy.
