Lots of water, good roads. And a not yet overcrowded bike path!
Quick and easy connection to the VBB network.
But also little shade and the Havel cycle path is very exposed to the wind from Werder.
I checked the last few km to the Brandenburg train station, because a bus was just about to leave in Wust!
