Thanks Gabi, DaSteff and ampfortas, I can really recommend them. It is worth it and there is a 10km loop to Brennberg with castle and restaurant (when the lockdown is over).

Thanks SUNNY and Maria, @Maria there are really similarities and both valleys are very beautiful. The Goldsteig S11 leads here through Höllental.

Thanks Tom, down by the stream the Höllbachtal is definitely not mobile, a little above there is a path that seems mostly mobile. The very difficult part is estimated to be about 600-700m long, about 50m of sliding passage and really very difficult terrain. Between us, I would (if it's dry) do it.
