You can also vary the length of the tour. My circuit is 10 km long, with no particular difficulties on the route.

Take enough time with you and, most importantly, don't forget head torches or flashlights.

After about 3km I had to reschedule. A section of the, I now say quarry, was closed to dogs, as you had to go through grottos in the lower part. So I rolled up the tour from behind and then had to bypass the quarry at the end. That was another 3 km more at the end.

Penso che sia qualcosa di speciale di questi tempi, quando colleghi di lavoro con cui lavori da oltre 40 anni rimangono in stretto contatto o, meglio ancora, in amicizia, anche dopo che hai lasciato la tua vita professionale.

E tutto questo senza allenamenti mentali e eventi di team building.
