The Fichtelgebirge is a beautiful hiking area! Varied paths, great rocks and again and again vantage points on which it is worthwhile to climb.
As the area is very large and there are many paths, the beautiful nature is often left alone

Distance hiking! :-) Tomorrow's still to Bayreuth and Monday I have to work unfortunately .... But I think my feet need a break then :-)

Also on this section the Franconian mountain path lives up to its name! The path alternated steeply up and down, after Goldkronach first through forest, later often in the sun on dirt roads. All in all a nice tour again, if a bit hot today :-)
