Today the 2nd stage in Carinthia from Ferlach to Seidendorf.

Moving around the Annabrücke power plant was the most strenuous.

Duration from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Just a short detour to the Wildenstein waterfall. Parking is free there ....

Started at the campground at a quarter past eight in the morning, back at 4:00 p.m.

Today is the last stage of my 3-day SUP tour on the Drau.

It went from Seidendorf to Dullach / StauseeCamping just before the Edling power station.

We started shortly before 9 a.m. in the morning and arrived at our destination around 12.30 p.m.

Today we made a fantastic tour over a via ferrata to the Hochstuhl, back we went a little on the Slovenian side, then to the Klagenfurter Hütte, incl. delicious food, back to the parking lot. I met very nice people on the way.

Now there are still large snowfields in June.

On the way to Hallstatt, near Liezen, I come across the Wörschachklamm. Well, stretching your legs doesn't hurt. 2h circular hiking trail including gorge. Unfortunately, when I want to pay my entrance fee at the entrance, they say, closed due to rock fall, there is a major construction site 😳. Then… leggi altro

Today the 1st day of a 3-day tour on the Drau in Carinthia. From St. Jacob im Rosenthal to Ferlach. We spend the night in the Gasthaus Platsch not far from the water.

Duration approximately from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

After the Wildenstein waterfall to the Faaker See, but the way was worth it. A fantastically beautiful lake, so blue and clear.

Today I practiced the via ferrata on the Kanzianiberg, but unfortunately I couldn't find all the routes.

Also great for hiking, you can also get up on the classic hiking trails, there is a church there. Views are wonderful. The parking lot was almost full, and yet I was mostly alone, only meeting someone… leggi altro
