L'unico obiettivo di oggi era mettere il più Egge possibile nel tour tra Altenbeken e Kempen 🤷‍♂️. Ha funzionato meravigliosamente senza la minima pianificazione 😄👍.

In zona ci si può semplicemente sfogare al meglio...😁😁✌️.

Ero di nuovo in ritardo. C'è di più...😉😉😉.

Risultato negativo stamattina, nulla ha ostacolato un giro 😉.

Prima via Bellersen e Bökendorf fino a Brakel. Da lì bella salita verso Bad Driburg e la Knochenhütte. Da lì fino a poco prima di Velmerstot.

Oggi molto spontaneamente nell'erpice. Ultimo test se i bioaccumulatori nelle gambe sono in buone condizioni. Loro 👍😉.

Iniziato ad Altenbeken, è stato costantemente su e giù. Belle strade forestali e sentieri. Il sentiero Bauernkamp in particolare è sempre di classe mondiale, anche se oggi mi sono quasi rotto due volte 😅😅.
