The wonderful straight was accompanied by a heavy cloudburst. Really shabby 😂

The tour includes the approach from approx. Station Ratingen Ost to the "official" start of the ninth stage and the route from the end of stage 10 to the Erkrath station.



Arrival from Essen Hbf with the S6.

Departure from Erkrath station to Düsseldorf Hbf with the S8.

The original goal was D-Garath, but I just couldn't resist the temptation to sniff a cyclist on the banks of the Rhine. So fix to Garath for ammunition 🍻 and continue towards Monheim am Rhein. Alternatively, or even better, the Rewe to go is in the Aral, which is directly on the route.
