Giro in bicicletta tardi e più fresco nel Wahner Heide via Altenrath, Rösrath e 'Hudewald am Geisterbusch'

Rilassato tour in bicicletta attraverso l'area forestale del Wahner Heide, partendo dal Pioneer Basin III e poi accogliendo gli asini.

Giro in MTB nel Wahner Heide su Heidekönig, Telegraphenberg & Tower, Ginster e Geisterbusch.

Ottimi panorami dal Telegraphenberg e dai cespugli di ginestre.

Start of the hike in Spich, Mauspfad, in the Wahner Heide, look around a little in sand, heather and bunker and then to Telegrafenberg with a great view over the heather.

Bike tour in wonderful weather over Wahner Heide, Altenrath, Rösrath, Eulenbroich Castle in Rösrath, Forsbach and back to Troisdorf.



There are still corners in the Wahner Heide where I haven't been. So this time to Pioneer Basin III, on through the Wahner Heide to the Geisterbusch and the tank washing facility, then via Altenrath back to Troisdorf.



Bike tour through the Wahner Heide, to the NSG Scheuermühlenteich in Porz-Wahn and to the Leidenhausen recreation area.



From the mouse path into the Wahner Heide to the bunker ruin and back. Then via Altenrath parallel to the old Cologne through the heath and back over Wahnheide.



In the morning at 7:20 am, while the temperatures are still pleasant, a round of E-MTB through the Wahner Heide.

Since the trails were dry, it would have been possible to go on a trekking bike. Because of the often very sandy bottom, the MTB was more suitable.

Today I chose a bit more difficult terrain with a lot of sand and single trails in the Wahner Heide.

Start was at the mouse path and end at Camp Spich.

MTB tour via mouse path Troisdorf, Forsthaus Telegraph & Heidekönig, Telegraphenberg with great views over the Wahner Heide, via Stellweg, Altenrather Str. To the Fly Mountain with very sandy trails. Then we went back via Wissem Castle.

Cycle tour to the 4 Heath portals Burg Wissem, Turmhof, Steinhaus and Gut Leidenhausen with the ADFC Troisdorf.

next to Altenrather Str. towards Altenrath,

next to Eisenweg direction Lohmar

and back from Lohmar to Troisdorf (Agger Stadium) along the Agger.

Have only recorded the video with the Garmin VIRB Ultra 30 and made no pictures.



The Ravensberg was originally a hermitage, was built in 1670 as a two-storey chapel and demolished in 1833 by the Cologne archbishop.

The tour is short but challenging.

The Wahner Heide lies between the villages Troisdorf, Lohmar, Altenrath, Rösrath and Köln-Porz and encloses the airport Cologne / Bonn. It offers circular hiking trails, nature-rich nature and rest stops.
