Vogtland Panoramaweg

I had already got to know some parts of the Vogtlandpanoramaweg on individual tours in the Vogtland and decided to walk it completely.



Now I have put this project into practice (at least part 1) and started in Ölsnitz.

The second stage on the Vogtlandpanoramaweg has reconciled me again.



Today the two baths Bad Elster and Bad Brambach were on the program. Bad Elster is a wonderful health resort with a beautifully renovated, historical building structure, many parks and various hotels and health clinics. Definitely worth… leggi altro

Unfortunately, this stage was a bit tough again. The Wirtsberg with the impressive refuge was very nice, the way around Markneukirchen was boring.



There would also have been a "cultural variant" * through * the city, which would probably have been more interesting.

On this stage it got more mountainous. The VPW partly ran together with the Klingenthaler Höhensteig, which I ran (shortened) in January 2020 (komoot.de/tour/110988411).



It was nice to see that the steep passages, where I had to take several breaks a year and a half ago, could now be walked in one go.

On this stage I deviated almost completely from the VPW path, because I wanted to see the topaz rock Schneckenstein and see the Vogtlandsee again (komoot.de/tour/110988411).

Dopo aver completato circa due terzi della Vogtland Panoramaweg l'anno scorso, ora voglio completarla con tre tappe.



La prima parte da Auerbach/V su un sentiero piuttosto piacevole e leggermente alpino. a Mylau. Ho notato che qui ci sono molte più foreste di abeti che, ad esempio, nelle montagne dell… leggi altro

Oggi il palcoscenico del re del Vogtland Panoramaweg lungo le due linee vita del Vogtland, il Göltzsch e il Weißen Elster.



Da Mylau attraversa il Köhlersteig (dal nome del ricercatore locale Johann August Ernst Köhler) sotto l'imponente Göltzschtalbrücke fino alla confluenza del Göltzsch e del Weiße Elster… leggi altro

Sfortunatamente, l'ultima tappa per me sul percorso circolare del Vogtland Panoramaweg è stata un po' noiosa e il tempo nuvoloso non ha migliorato le cose.



Ho quindi seguito il sentiero escursionistico a lunga distanza Eisenach-Budapest per la seconda metà della tappa per accorciarlo.
