Elbuferweg

This section of the Elbuferweg lies between Teufelsbrück and Nienstedten.

From Wedel on the Wittenberger Heide over to Blankenese and continue on Teufelsbrück through Övelgönne to the fish market and to the jetties.
The hiking trail is a main hiking trail in the Hamburger Wegenetz, which is not marked with yellow directional arrows. It is partially congruent with the European long-distance hiking trail.

Franz Gartmann stairs is the name of this monster and is the eastern ascent to deer park. It does not end, but allows you to look back on beautiful views. Once at the top you have to go along the Blankeneser church path, not the Hirschparkweg, which is a dead end street.

The Elbuferwanderweg extends rightelbisch over a distance of about 23 kilometers from the confluence of the Alster into the Elbe to the Schulau harbor in the Holstein Wedel.

This section from Teufelsbrück to Blankenese is a beautiful section of the Elbuferwanderweg. If you want you can also tackle the climb to the Hirsch and Baurs Park. Partly it goes steeply uphill. The view of the other side of the Elbe is shaped by the Airbus factory.
