Sant'Agata

From here you have fantastic views of Lake Maggiore and Cannobio.

A little below the village there is a parking lot from where you can go into the village.

On the way from Cannobio to Monte Giove you reach after a stretch on an old Mulattiera (mule track) first the small village of Sant'Agata. Bar on the village square and gorgeous views.

Very nice view of Lake Maggiore. Nice cafe on site.

From Cannobio a great zigzag path leads up to St. Agatha with a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore, Cannobio and the Alps.

Great view, reward the climb

Nice tour, varied sections with a few meters of altitude. Pure nature👍 with opportunities to stop and rest.

This hike is worth it up to here. You will be rewarded with a great view. We cannot recommend the rest of the hike. It is only uphill without a view as a reward ... In addition, part of the path is no longer maintained. It's hard to find.
